Training
Triple Bypass is one of the most rewarding events you've ridden. It is also uniquely challenging. Be physically ready to make the most of it!
But how to get ready? Here are a few resources that might help.
Get Coached
If it’s an option for you, coaching is a great way to prepare for this event.
Natalie Raborn of High Road Coaching offers both personalized coaching services and training plans designed specifically to help you ride your best in Triple Bypass!
Group Rides
A great way to get in shape for this event is to ride with Colorado locals who routinely train and race on the Triple Bypass course!
Team Evergreen Cycling
And what better group of locals to ride with than those who organize Triple Bypass? Ride with us!
Team Evergreen Cycling has a calendar full of organized group rides that'll help boost your fitness. At all Team Evergreen rides, you'll get to meet a few of our Ambassadors, who'll help you with the ride and answer any questions about our events.
You must sign Team Evergreen's waiver form to participate!
Better still, Team Evergreen is hosting three rides dedicated to training for Triple Bypass, where riders can try tackling its biggest features and meet like-minded riders.
